[Before Delivery] Can I exchange products before delivery? 해외CS팀-후산 18.11.05

If your order status says [Preparing for Shipping] then we can process with exchange for you.

Please contact our CS center with the URL or name/code of the item as well as the order number.

But if an item is already shipped, then the exchange will no longer be available, if you choose a sold-out item for an exchange,

we will be shipping out the original item you first purchased or suggest a refund. Please request for exchange within 3 days of purchase.


*The replacement items must be of equal or lesser value to the canceled items.
