I place order 6 days ago ,and one day they sent email to me ,and said some item already sold out ,they ask me do I want to cancel my order or get something else instead ? I cancel whole order two days ago and placed new order yesterday ,today they told me I cannot cancel because of 4 item of them already shipped out ,I have to pay the shipping fee if I cancel the rest of order.But why nobody told me when I placed new order yesterday ? ? ? ?????????????? ALSO ,How many customer services you have ? ? they take so long time to reply the email ,NO SERVICES ,
