The cotton puffs are more like cotton sheets but they're really soft and I don't have to drench them in toner unlike other cotton pads
They can also be used like face masks if you want to put some serum, toner, gel(?) *I used an aloe gel with it. The texture is the same as face masks.
Bought this when it was on sale so it was worth the money for the amount I got it for.
